Based out of Allstate Arena in Rosemont, the Chicago Wolves have been bringing hard-hitting, family-friendly hockey to Chicagoland since 1994 as a proud member of the American Hockey League. We love showing up for our community — and this season, JULIE is a proud presenting sponsor of the Wolves’ Read to Succeed program, so the learning starts long before the opening face-off.
Some partnerships are bigger than a logo on a jersey — and this is one of them. JULIE and the Chicago Wolves are united by a common belief that investing in kids today builds stronger communities tomorrow, and Read to Succeed is exactly that kind of investment.
And Read to Succeed isn’t just a reading program — it’s one of the longest-running youth literacy initiatives in Illinois history. Since the late 1990s, the program has engaged over a million K–8 students across schools and libraries throughout the Chicagoland area. Kids who hit their reading goals earn a free ticket to a Wolves home game, and the Wolves bring the excitement directly into classrooms through player appearances, virtual story times with team mascot Skates, and more. It’s hockey, literacy, and community — all in one face-off.
